40 Tex. Admin. Code § 700.1403
(a) Notification about positive results. If a child in the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services' (TDPRS's) conservatorship has acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), or if the results of a child's human-immunodeficiency-virus (HIV) antibodies test have been confirmed as positive as specified in §700.1401(e) of this title (relating to Testing Children in TDPRS's Conservatorship for HIV Antibodies), TDPRS must inform the following parties of the child's condition:
