40 Tex. Admin. Code § 461.200 – Authority and Purpose

(a) Authority. The authority for this subchapter is provided in Texas Government Code §434.252 relating to Veteran Education Excellence Recognition Award (VEERA) Network.
(b) Purpose. The purpose of this subchapter is to provide procedures and criteria for the administration of the Veterans Education Excellence Recognition Award (VEERA) Network.
