- (a) Officers shall complete a TVC Form 25 documenting attendance at each training conference.
- (b) After the anniversary date the commission shall provide a certificate of training to officers who earned a minimum number of credit hours during the preceding year.
- (c) After the anniversary date the commission shall inform each county commissioner's court of their respective officers' compliance with the Government Code, §434.038.
