These rules are promulgated under the authority of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act, Title 3, Subtitle H, Chapter 454 of the Texas Occupations Code. These rules do not restate all the provisions of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act. The Board makes decisions in the discharge of its statutory authority without regard to any person's race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or age.
