(a) The solicitation of grants, gifts and donations by the Commission shall be limited to purposes consistent with Chapter 161 of the Texas Agriculture Code and in accordance with §56.6 of this chapter.
(b) The Commission shall report to the legislature by December 31 of each year the source and amount of each grant, gift, and donation received under this section.
