The following words and terms, when used in this section, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
- (1) Commission--the Texas Animal Health Commission.
- (2) Employee--A regular, acting, or exempt, full- or part-time employee of the Commission.
- (3) Officer--A member of the Commission's governing board.
- (4) Private donor--One or more individuals or organizations that offer to give nonpublic financial assistance to the Commission.
