The Young Farmer Loan Guarantee Program is to provide financial assistance in the form of loan guarantees to eligible applicants who desire to establish or enhance their farm or ranch operation or establish an agricultural-related business, when the board considers such financial assistance presents a reasonable risk and has a sufficient likelihood of repayment. These rules establish standards of eligibility and application procedures for the program.
