1. (a) A certified member's membership expires on the second anniversary of the date the initial certified membership is issued.

2. (b) To be considered for renewal of certified membership by the department, an applicant must:

   1. (1) complete and submit a renewal application;
   2. (2) submit the registration fee; and
   3. (3) submit any information or documentation required by the department.
