Termination of License to use the "Texas Yes!" Mark

(a) A "Texas Yes!" license agreement may be revoked at any time if the department determines that a licensee has misused the mark.
(b) Misuse of "Texas Yes!" mark includes, but is not limited to, use of the mark in a manner violating any rule promulgated by the department.
