The purpose of the program is to provide financial assistance in the form of grant funds to maintain agricultural businesses, maintain agricultural uses of land, or foster supply chain resiliency or create or expand an agricultural business in this state. These sections are adopted to provide standards of eligibility and procedures for the grant program.
