4 Tex. Admin. Code § 26.2
Texas public, charter and private schools that participate in the National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program may not utilize deep-fat frying as a method of on-site preparation for foods served as part of reimbursable school meals or for foods sold or provided to students on the school campus during the school day.
