1. (a) All articles, equipment, plant material, supplies and personnel that enter or remain in a propagation facility shall be covered by sanitation requirements approved by the department.
2. (b) A current copy of the department's sanitation requirements shall be kept, readily accessible, at each production facility.
3. (c) Violation of sanitation requirements may result in issuance of a stop-sale order, suspension or revocation of a certificate of registration, and/or administrative penalties.
