A motion for rehearing shall be governed by the Administrative Procedure Act, §§2001.145-2001.146. Communications regarding any such motion shall be directed to the board, and filed with the Hearings Clerk, General Counsel Division, Texas Department of Agriculture, P.O. Box 12847, Austin, Texas 78711. A copy of the motion for rehearing shall be sent to the opposing party and/or designated representative. Board rulings on motions for rehearing shall be made in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, §2001.146. A final determination granting or denying a motion for rehearing may be signed by the chairman on behalf of the board.
