The purpose of this subchapter is to provide procedures for the board, so that hearings and other proceedings before the Board may be conducted in a uniform and efficient manner. Unless otherwise provided, these rules are designed to supplement procedures established in Chapter 1, Subchapter A of this title (relating to General Rules of Practice), and the Administrative Procedure Act and should be read together with those procedures.
