In order to close out a public grain warehouse license, the following requirements must be met.

1. (1) All outstanding receipts must be canceled by the warehouse operator.
2. (2) An inspection by an authorized department employee must be completed.
3. (3) Bonding requirements of the Texas Agriculture Code, §14.031, must be met.
