In addition to the definitions set out in Texas Agriculture Code, Chapter 14, Subchapter A, the following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
- (1) Daily Position Report--A grain warehouse record showing a perpetual inventory of the total quantity of each kind and class of grain received or loaded out, the kind and class of grain remaining in the warehouse and the total storage obligations for each kind and class of grain.
- (2) Violation--A failure to comply with any provision or requirement of Chapter 14 or a rule adopted under the authority of that chapter or commission of an offense defined in Chapter 14.
