This subchapter identifies advisory committees created by statute to advise the Texas Department of Agriculture and, in accordance with the provisions of Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-33 (Vernon Supp. 1994), prescribes the purposes and duties of such committees, the expiration date of each committee, and the manner in which each continuing committee will report to the agency.
