Equitable Treatment

Each sheriff/operator shall have and implement a written procedure providing for equitable treatment regardless of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, or disabilities. The treatment of inmates with disabilities shall be in accordance with Title 35, CFR, Subpart B and Subpart D.
