An automatic fire detection and alarm system shall be provided for all facilities in accordance with NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code. The system shall include:

1. (1) automatic fire detection for all areas of the facility;
2. (2) manual fire alarm pull station for staff use;
3. (3) audio and visual devices shall be installed at continuously staffed locations.
