Investigative Hypnosis Proficiency

(a) The requirements for an investigative hypnotist proficiency certificate include:
1. (1) an active peace officer license;
2. (2) a current commission as a peace officer;
3. (3) credit for completion of the current basic investigative hypnosis course; and
4. (4) a valid passing score on the state examination for investigative hypnosis.
(b) The effective date of this section is November 1, 1997.
