1. (a) Any fee or payment made to the commission by a person, agency, or other entity shall be remitted by money order, cashier's check, or agency check. Fees must be submitted with an application, and are non-refundable.

2. (b) Application fees for licenses, certificates, endorsements and duplicate documents include, but are not limited to, the following:

   1. (1) Application for Reactivation of an expired Peace Officer License: $100
   2. (2) Master Peace Officer Certificate Application: $20
   3. (3) Firearms Instructor Certificate Application: $20
   4. (4) Application for Reinstatement of Suspended or Expired License: $100
   5. (5) Application for Endorsement of Eligibility Based on Out-of-State Training or Education: $100
   6. (6) Duplicate license or certificate: $20
3. (c) The commission may charge other reasonable fees as authorized or required by rule or law.
4. (d) The effective date of this section is 30 days from date of final publication.
