1. (a) At least 30 days before considering final adoption, the commission will give notice of each adopted rule change:

   1. (1) to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house; and
   2. (2) to each law enforcement agency.
2. (b) Before the effective date of each adopted rule, the commission will notify each law enforcement agency of final adoption.
3. (c) The effective date of this section is March 1, 2001.
