Texas mandatory supervision releasees accepted for supervision in other states under the terms of the Interstate Parole Compact (Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 42.11) are required to abide by both the sections of mandatory supervision for Texas as set forth in §149.1 of this title (relating to Rules and Conditions of Mandatory Supervision) and the sections of parole of the receiving state.
