- (a) The current edition of Robert's Rules of Order shall govern the conduct of all meetings of the Board except as may be otherwise specified in statutory law or herein.
- (b) All documents evidencing the actions taken by the Board during a meeting shall be authenticated by the Presiding Officer's signature pursuant to Robert's Rules of Order.
