1. (a) Reconsideration. A laboratory that has been ordered to take action under this subchapter may request reconsideration by the director in writing within 15 days of the order.
2. (b) Reinstatement. An accredited laboratory that has had DPS accreditation withdrawn automatically under §28.151 of this title (relating to Automatic Withdrawal of DPS Accreditation) may have its accreditation reinstated by the director if the laboratory shows that it presently meets or exceeds the quality assurance standards required by the laboratory's recognized accrediting body.
