Automatic Withdrawal of Commission Accreditation

The Commission shall automatically withdraw:
- (1) the full Commission accreditation for a laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline at the date and time that the recognized accrediting body withdraws its relevant laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline accreditation; or
- (2) the provisional Commission accreditation for a laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline at the date and time that the recognized accrediting body notifies the Commission that the laboratory has withdrawn its application for the relevant laboratory, discipline, or subdiscipline accreditation.
