1. (a) Individuals holding or who are eligible to hold current commission Arson Investigator certification may be granted International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) Certification as a Fire Investigator by making application to the commission for the IFSAC seal and paying applicable fees.
2. (b) Individuals completing a commission approved basic fire investigator program and passing the applicable state examination may be granted IFSAC Certification as a Fire Investigator by making application to the commission for the IFSAC seal and paying applicable fees.
