- (a) A person may be certified as fire protection personnel and continue to hold and renew the certificate without regard to whether the person is employed or continues to be employed by a local authority or fire department.
- (b) An individual certificate holder must notify the commission of a change of his or her home address within 14 calendar days of a change of address.
