1. (a) The commission is subject to Texas Government Code, Chapter 552, Texas Public Information Act. The Act gives the public the right to request access to government information.
2. (b) The commission adopts by reference Title 1, Part 13, Chapter 70, Cost of Copies of Public Information, as promulgated by the Office of the Attorney General.
3. (c) The executive director may waive or reduce a charge for copies when furnishing the information benefits to the general public.
