1. (a) Providers must report information fairly, professionally, and accurately when providing services and when communicating with other professionals, TJJD, and the general public.
2. (b) Each provider must document and assign credit to all contributing sources used in published material or public statements.
3. (c) Providers must not misrepresent, either directly or by implication, professional qualifications or affiliations.
