1. (a) Written policy of the JJAEP shall describe the safeguards it will use to maintain the integrity of the assessment process so that all student scores reflect actual student progress.
2. (b) The JJAEP shall ensure that the on-site assessment process provides valid assessment test scores that have not been tainted.

3. (c) JJAEP policies and procedures, at a minimum, shall include the following:

   1. (1) Maintaining the tests in a secure setting (e.g., a locked file cabinet) so that staff and students do not have access to the instrument except while the test is being administered during the actual testing time;
   2. (2) Staff are prohibited from releasing copies of the test; and
   3. (3) Staff are prohibited from teaching the specific questions on the test.
