1. (a) A resident shall not participate in the physical training program until the initial physical fitness screening tool has been completed and evaluated.
2. (b) Every 30 calendar days, the facility shall administer the physical fitness screening tool to re-evaluate the resident's ability to participate in the physical training program.
3. (c) The results of the resident's physical fitness screening and the facility designee's evaluation of the screening results shall be maintained in the resident's file.
