1. (a) All permanent educational staff and substitutes with a known facility assignment of five consecutive school days or longer shall receive a facility orientation prior to performing educational duties. Orientation shall include:

   1. (1) security procedures;
   2. (2) emergency procedures;
   3. (3) behavior management system and prohibited sanctions; and
   4. (4) reporting abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
2. (b) Documentation of the orientation shall be maintained.
