Each facility shall have a daily written program schedule outlining the stated activities during program hours.

1. (1) Each resident shall be provided a minimum of ten hours of structured and unstructured activities.
2. (2) Exceptions. Residents who are in disciplinary seclusion, room restriction, protective isolation, medical isolation, or assessment isolation may receive modification to their respective program schedule.
3. (3) The facility shall maintain documentation of any program schedule deviation or modification.
