The duties of a grievance officer shall include:
- (1) the maintenance of a current grievance log;
- (2) the collection of grievances;
- (3) responding to the resident after receiving the grievance;
- (4) providing a written resolution to the resident; and
- (5) forwarding all appeals to the administrative staff responsible for determining appeals.
