- (a) The suicide prevention plan shall be reviewed in consultation with a mental health provider at least once each year, no later than the last day of the calendar month of the previous year's review.
- (b) The suicide prevention plan shall be disseminated or made available to all facility staff having responsibilities named or enumerated in the facility's suicide prevention plan.
