A list of certified handgun instructors shall be available to the public. A certified instructor may request to be removed from the public list, but remains subject to disclosure under an Open Records request pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 552. A list of upcoming training sessions offered by certified instructors and reported to the department shall also be available to the public. A list of registered ranges will be publicly available.
