1. (a) On receipt of a final order suspending a license to carry a concealed handgun, issued pursuant to Family Code, §232.010 (concerning the enforcement of child support obligations), the department shall determine whether a license has been issued to the individual named in the order of suspension. If a license has been issued, the department shall:

   1. (1) record the suspension of the license in the department records;
   2. (2) report the suspension as appropriate; and
   3. (3) demand surrender of the suspended license.
2. (b) No administrative review or hearing shall be provided by the department to the license holder to review a final order suspending license under this section.
3. (c) On receipt of an order vacating or staying an order suspending a license pursuant to Family Code, §232.013, the department may reissue the license to the license holder.
