Not later than the second working day after the date of purchase or other acquisition of regulated material for which a record is required pursuant to §1956.033 of the Act, the entity shall collect and submit to the department an electronic transaction report using the department's online reporting system. The report must contain the statutorily required documentation. In addition, the address of the individual from whom the regulated material is purchased must be a physical address. This address may not be a post office box.
