1. (a) All registrants or applicants shall at all times maintain on file with the department their current mailing and principal place of business address. The principal place of business address must be a physical address and may not be a post office box.
2. (b) All registrants or applicants shall at all times maintain on file with the department a current and valid electronic mail address.
3. (c) All registrants shall notify the department of any change of their mailing or electronic mail address by completing the Change of Address Form (MRB 7) on the program's website prior to the effective date of the change of address.
