1. (a) In the interest of creating a safe and drug-free work environment for the clients and employees of the security professions regulated by the Act, all licensed companies shall establish and implement a drug-free workplace policy consistent with the Texas Workforce Commission's "Drug-Free Workplace Policy.''
2. (b) A copy of the Texas Workforce Commission's "Employee Consent to Drug and/or Alcohol Testing'' or a substantially similar form reflecting the company's drug-free workplace policy shall be signed by each regulated employee and kept in each regulated employee's file.
