Pursuant to the Act, the department has determined that an applicant for licensure as a guard company or the prospective manager of the applicant company must meet the qualifications detailed in this section:

1. (1) Must be at least twenty one (21) years of age at the time of application;
2. (2) Must have at least three (3) years accumulated employment experience in the field in which the company is licensed; and
3. (3) Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
