1. (a) A qualified manager shall not knowingly allow or direct any person under their control to violate a provision of the Act, this chapter, or any criminal statute.
2. (b) For purposes of the supervision required under the Act, a manager must have continuous oversight of no more than three (3) companies and two (2) schools, the supervised individuals, or their intermediate level supervisors, in a manner sufficient to ensure that all supervised individuals are in compliance with the Act and this chapter.
