Prohibition of CODIS User Laboratory Activity

If a CODIS user laboratory violates this subchapter, the director may prohibit the laboratory from:
(1) exchanging DNA records with another DNA laboratory or criminal justice or law enforcement agency; or
(2) accessing the CODIS system.
