Sample or Specimen Collection Kits

The director shall provide a reasonable quantity of blood sample collection kits to a criminal justice or law enforcement agency in this state at no cost to the agency. A blood sample collection kit shall consist of specimen vials, mailing containers and labels, report forms, instructions for collection of blood sample or other specimens, and any other item designated by the director.
