- (a) A case closed because a civil judgment was unlikely will be reviewed for reopening when new evidence is received.
- (b) No accident case will be reopened for the purpose of requiring a security deposit later than one year and 10 months from the date such automobile accident occurred.
- (c) No security deposit will be required when the record of the case or evidence of injury shows the injury is minor or inconsequential and does not require the services of an attending physician.
