Certificate of Appointment

- (a) The certificate of appointment is a station license. It is valid until August 31 of the odd-numbered year following the date of appointment and is renewable every two years thereafter.
(b) When all license requirements have been met, the certificate of appointment will be mailed to the vehicle inspection station applicant by the department.
- (1) The certificate of appointment shall be framed under glass or clear acrylic and prominently displayed in designated area.
- (2) The glass- or clear acrylic-faced frame should be the same size as the certificate of appointment, eight inches by 10 inches.
