1. (a) If a certified vehicle inspector changes their place of employment, the inspector must prove their ability to correctly operate the testing equipment at such new vehicle inspection station.
2. (b) If a certified vehicle inspector changes their place of residence, the inspector must notify the department of their new permanent street address within 30 days of the date of the change.
3. (c) If a certified vehicle inspector changes their name, the inspector must notify the department of their new name within 30 days of the date of the change.
