The department will cancel a driver license upon confirmation of any of the following:
- (1) nonpayment of fee;
- (2) all applicants suspended in another state;
- (3) death of authorizing signer;
- (4) withdrawal of authorization for a minor;
- (5) mental incapacity;
- (6) some false statement convictions;
- (7) failure to complete a concurrent driver education course;
- (8) license issued to person not entitled thereto.
