(a) The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) adopts by reference the rules of the General Services Commission (GSC) contained in 1 TAC §§111.11-111.28, as of October 3, 2000.
(b) The word "Commission" when used within Rule 1.261, refers to the General Services Commission.
